Construction Process

Timberwolf precast concrete buildings are prefabricated for ease of construction and minimal disturbance to site. Precast concrete increases efficiency because weather will not delay production. In addition, weather conditions at the jobsite do not significantly affect the schedule. This is because it requires less time to install precast compared with other construction methods, such as cast-in-place concrete.

Time to build is subject to existing workload commitments and client requirements, but can often be completed in three to four weeks. On site construction takes approximately two days following site excavation, installation of tanks and pouring foundation slab.
